You are a goddess. Really. I’m currently making myself type this, then shut down my computer. I admit it, I’m a wimp. I need sleep. I’ve been telling myself just one more chapter for hours now, but this series is so addicting. I can’t wait to finish this series and then everything else you’ve got posted here. Everything I’ve come across so far is amazing, as I’m sure the rest is. Thank you so much for posting your work. I look forward to reading all that you’ve posted and whatever else you post in the future.

Re-reading and realized I hadn’t left a review. Bad me.

I remember thinking the first time I read this that it was a total surprise that John would propose in public and on what was sure to be international television. It was dramatic, but seemed out of character for the reality and person you had shown us. Of course now having read the other stories and learning the rational behind John exposing relationship details it all makes total sense.

Sexy, fun, and purposeful – what more could anyone ask?

I was re-reading, and I got hit by the craving to see posts of their “fandom”:

- The LJ comm McKay_Watch will daily roundup McKay-Shappard sightings
- Someone will liveblog at the conferences
- Fandom will host charity auctions for children/aids/cancer
- Vidders will set John’s favorite song-by-Rodney to clips from…(well, hopefully not the Wraith feeding)
- Fans of Sean will band together and form the breakaway comm Satans_Minion
- a flame war will erupt on the scientist boards arguing theory of somethings

Actually, I wonder if they could find an undiscovered genius ‘Good Will Hunting’-ing it on the forums? Hmmmm. There is always mucho food for thought in your writing. Still loving it!

First I should say I love your stories. I’m a lurker by nature so I haven’t said anything before but you are definitely made of awesome.

Second, I saw a comment on the song that Rodney sings in When You Kiss Me and was wondering which song you had in mind for the song that Jennifer and Rodney sing in this part.

Totally can’t wait for Ring of Fire and congratulations on 1 million words.

I’m gleefully envisioning something similar to what The Science Team did to the French IOA woman after she dissed Sheppard in front of McKay: hacking his whole LIFE, finding and circulating his homemade porn (EEEW! Pass the Brain Bleach!), donating his car to Make-A-Wish, etc.

Sorta sad, though: I was hoping Maybourne wasn’t such a creep in this AU…
