I wasn't fond of Bates in the series, but in my defense I don't think we were supposed to be. I was still outraged when they kicked him off the show the way they did. Bringing him back later for a guest shot was nice, but didn't make up for all of the stupid between seasons 1 and 2. Thank you for making sure he isn't going anywhere. Keller. I love how you make her a reasonable person in so many different ways (Sentinels vs WMHB). She works with the Evan you've created here.
