I’ve added a feature to the site for those with visual impairment. On the left side of the screen you’ll see a tiny Tool Bar with 2 symbols on it: [wpa_toolbar]
Check them out and I hope this helps a little.
Thank you, not quite there yet… but the new driving glasses are working a treat, who knew there was a line down the middle of the road 🙂
Thank you so much for the font size option since I have to zoom in most web pages. The contrast option doesn’t quite work for me but I don’t want to say why without sounding like I’m whining. lol
I use Chrome and it works for me. I checked it in IE, too. Regardless, I can’t do anything about it.
Thank you very kindly!
Awesome! Not visually impaired, but love that you’re making minions’ lives easier.
Thank you Keira. The ability to change the contrast will certainly make it easier for me to read when I have a migraine!
Thank you so much for the contrast button! The bright light on pages, even when I have the back light as low as possible, hurts my eyes and I have to squint when I read, so this is a huge help. Thanks.
Thank you for the contrast button. Works for me.
Awesome, thank you so much for your efforts. Both options are very much appreciated.
Thank you so much for the contrast and enlargement options! You are a lifesaver.
I _LOVE_ the ability to read your online stories with a black backlight as I often read at night in bed and that’s more comfortable. The only small thing is placement. Especially on my phone on the left side like that it covers up the first 1-2 letters of the line.
I didn’t write the program that does this so I can’t do a thing about it.
Drat. That was going to be my question because, like Alaina, its placement is awkward, covering the first four letters on about 6 lines in the middle of the page. I’m very grateful you’re accommodating vision issues (I suffered from steroid-induced cataracts for years), but this is going to take some adjusting to. Can you say where you got it from so I can go ask them? Thanks, regardless.
It’s a plug-in for wordpress but the developer doesn’t have access to my site so they wouldn’t be able to help you disable it.
Thank you for this, it makes reading more comfortable. Not that I wasn’t doing it anyway, just… thank you. 🙂
first, that contarst thing is seriously cool!! 🙂 I agree with everyone else here. 🙂
second, I have a question: what is the greyscale button supposed to do?? when I click it, everything disappears and all I have left is the background pic. is that supposed to happen??
Nope that’s not supposed to happen. It’s supposed to make the entire site basically black and white.
