Fall 2017

Monthly newsletters were starting to feel like a burden which is silly so I’m switching to a quarterly format because I like doing the update part but the content seemed sparse on a monthly basis. Anyways, I’m gearing up for National Novel Writing Month and binge reading fan fiction in The Hobbit to avoid working on my November project since I’ve already figured out my world building (I’m doing a Sentinel fusion) and I’ve completed my plot.

Speaking of The Hobbit, I have ten works in progress. I regret nothing.

In my spare time I write fan fiction and lead a cult of cock worshippers on Facebook. It’s not the usual kind of hobby for a “domestic engineer” in her 30’s but we live in a modern world and I like fucking with people’s expectations.

  1. writing Hobbit fiction is absolutely awesome as always, as long as you’re having fun it’s perfect πŸ˜€ The Hobbit/Sentinel fusion sounds brilliant too, I don’t think I’ve read any and I absolutely need to check that up on AO3 now

  2. The Hobbit fandom is so fun! I binged really hard back in 2015 and then wrote a long (for me anything over 100K) fic for it over the winter (I’m not a multi-tasker when I write). After that I took a break, but I’ve been drifting back again recently. There’s a lot of really great art out there for it too. Have you seen the Thranduil memes on tumblr? They’re pretty hilarious. Like the “Thranduil deleted scenes compilation” which has a ton of gifs. They always crack me up.

    Good luck with everything!

  3. I need to go watch the Hobbit movies now. The first didn’t grab me enough to ever watch the rest, but if you’re writing Hobbit fic, I know I’m going to read it. πŸ™‚

  4. I adored Revenant on Rough Trade & read it again on Wild Hare – it’s so great! As for the people who were critical of a rough draft, or whose imaginations are unable to cope with a really cool idea – I hope they get large ugly zits on their noses or chins just before they have to make a major presentation at work, and that their hubcaps fall off.
Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful stories.

  5. Please don’t let the turkeys get you down. Revenant is a wonderful story and I’m so looking forward to seeing where you’re going to take it. As for your rough draft, I’ve seen more errors in published books I’ve paid for, so I certainly don’t mind seeing your rough drafts if it means getting to read your work sooner. Thank you for continuing to give us so many great stories and awesome characters to enjoy. You rock!

  6. Maybe I’m misunderstanding, or maybe I’m having a blind moment and it’s staring me in the face, but if Justice is now posted in Russian Translation, is an original English version posted somewhere?

  7. I love Revenant and thank you for still doing update posts. No matter what anyone else says, you should absolutely make it as convenient for you as possible.

Do you have any plans to expand the Revenant ‘Verse into your other fandoms? I would love to see the RDJ Sherlock Holmes attached to DiNozzo, for example, or maybe Daniel Jackson is so good at so many languages because he’s sharing his body with a scholar of some sort.

Thank you for sharing your work, and can’t wait to read your Hobbit stuff when it’s ready to be posted.

  8. Hi Keira,
    greetings from oversea (Grmany). πŸ™‚

I really love all your fiction you’re giftung us with.

I’d like also really and totally, that all those trolls would go somewhere else!
They have no work on their own – but always know best with everybodys else’ work… πŸ™
That is really annoying und rude – shame on them!

I hope your loyal minions here and also your fans all over creation (for example … me! *hops up and down*) give you enough energy and spirit to ignore those trolls.

The art of world creation, like you do, is a gift – for the author and for the readers – don’t give up!

    Love and greetings
    Lis

  9. Thank you for introducing me to some new fandoms. I really enjoy your writing style and it helps to discover new pairs when the stories are awesome πŸ™‚

Keep up the amazing writing πŸ˜€
