Summary: Eddie Diaz is in love with his best friend and struggling as privately as he can to accept that Buck doesn’t feel the same. Their friendship means more to them than anything else, so they’re going to make it work regardless of the awkwardness. Things take a turn for Eddie when Buck’s return to the 118 is delayed after the ladder truck bombing.
