  4. The songs have, of course, been running through my ancient head as I enjoyed this thoroughly satisfying saga. I especially love how you do tender/tough. And I’d like to adopt Christopher. (Oh, who am I kidding? I’d like to adopt all three of them.)

Keira, your writing just gets better and more refined. I have laughed, cried, UGLY cried, gasped, hung onto my seat and cussed more times than a sailor on shore leave. Love the titles, the songs keep running through my head. This has to be my favorite of your series so far… All my deepest respect my dear for your talent and thank you for sharing it with us. Big Hugs… Charlie

  6. Loved this series, I have to say that Buck and Eddie are now my OTP. That scene where Eddie scaled the cliff after the accident was amazing, tense and beautiful.
I also have to say that I appreciated the realism of Eddie’s continuing injuries. I get a bit frustrated with the hand-wavy “and suddenly he’s fine!” thing in some writing. I’ll admit that I’ve had major injury, so I’m a bit invested in how damn difficult recovery can be, but I also think injury recovery can be intense and cause amazing character development. In this case it showcased Eddie’s determination, strength and love for Chris.
